I have received the following tips that I have been unable to confirm:

There was a cat living at the Altrincham Library in England in the early 1980's.

There was a cat named Miss Mary Marple living in the Marple Library in Stockport, England in the 1990's.

There is a cat named Brandy that regularly visits the Alsager Site Library at Manchester Metropolitan University in Alsager, England.

There is a cat living at the Heath Library, Keats Grove, Hampstead, London.
